How to Book

Step-by-Step Guide

Check Availability: Use the calendar below to view available dates and times for each room.
Start Your Booking: Click the blue “+” icon on your chosen date and room to begin.
Enter Your Details: First-time users will be asked to provide contact info and create a password.
Complete the Booking Form: Choose your room(s), add your event name, select start and end times (include time for setup and clean-up), indicate if it’s a recurring booking, and choose your activity type.
Check for Conflicts: Click the green Check Availability button. If there’s a conflict, you’ll see a red warning and can adjust your booking accordingly.
Submit Your Booking: You’ll receive an email confirmation. We’ll follow up if needed.

Note: If the blue “+” icon doesn’t appear, online booking may be disabled for that date. Please contact us.

Hire Charges

Please include time for setup and clean-up in your booking. Kitchen use is free of charge but must be included in your booking.

Private Parties

Minimum 4-hour booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Whole building must be booked.
Please include time for setup and cleaning.
For evening events, consider booking extra time the next morning.

Rooms and Facilities

Main Hall

Size: 13.3m x 7.6m

Capacity: 200 standing; 100 seated at tables; 50 for exercise/sports classes

Ideal for parties, performances, classes, and community events.

Meeting Room

Size: 4.4m x 4.7m

Capacity: 40 standing; 20 seated

Great for meetings, workshops, and small group activities.

Kitchen

Free to book with any room hire.

Includes: Kettle, Fridge, Range cooker with induction hob, Basic cutlery and crockery.

Equipment and Amenities

7 large trestle tables and 56 chairs
Accessible toilets
First Aid kit located in the entrance hall.
On-site parking for up to 18 cars.
High-speed Wi-Fi
Use of Jubilee Playing Field (with prior notice)
